SBI PO Mains Exam Pattern

The Main examination will have an objective type test and a descriptive test. The tables for both the tests are given below.

• The objective test in the Main examination will be conducted for 180 minutes and the total number of questions will be 155.
• The descriptive test in the SBI PO Mains Exam will be conducted for 50 marks and the duration will be 30 minutes.
• For correct answers, there will be different sectional marking and for every incorrect answer 1/4th of the assigned marks will be deducted.

SBI PO Salary – Gross Pay

The gross pay for the SBI PO post is in between 8.20 Lakhs (minimum) to Rs. 13.08 lakhs(maximum) per annum. The basic salary of a SBI Probationary Officer is Rs. 41960/- (with 4 advance increments). Further additions such as housing allowance, travel allowance, dearness allowance and deductions like Provident Fund (EPFO) also take place in the gross salary.

SBI PO Job Profile – Training Period

Applicants who will get selected in the SBI PO Recruitment will have a probation period of two years. The shortlisted SBI PO applicants would be required to execute a bond in the amount of INR 2.00 lakh (two lac only) to serve the bank for a minimum of three years.
